About Us

TEDxBowdoinCollege Club is dedicated to fostering a community centered around curiosity, critical thinking, and the exchange of ideas. In alignment with the TEDx mission of promoting “ideas worth spreading,” the club provides a platform for students, faculty, and alumni to share diverse perspectives through independently organized TEDx events and other programming. We aim to sustain and grow the TEDxBowdoinCollege initiative by organizing annual events, supporting student, faculty, alumni speakers, and creating opportunities for intellectual engagement across campus. Through these efforts, the club encourages thoughtful dialogue and a shared passion for innovation, creativity, and knowledge under a license given by the TED organization
