About Us

It is with great excitement that we announce that the third edition of TEDxBowdoinCollege will occur this spring, April 2024! This event will not only provide an exciting opportunity to listen to TED talks from Bowdoin’s accomplished professors and alumni but also a platform for students to give their own TED talks. In line with the TEDx mission statement, which emphasizes the organization’s commitment to “curiosity, reason, wonder and the pursuit of knowledge — without an agenda,” we are also excited to announce the creation of the TEDxBowdoinCollege Club. This club will ensure that the TEDxBowdoinCollege tradition will continue into the future and serve as a tool for students, staff and faculty to share a passion for ideas worth spreading.
