About Us
Bowdoin Animation Society (BAS) is the place for anime/animation fans to be! From weekly showings, an organized convention trip, and complementary Pocky, we have much of what an anime fan could need. Are you new to anime? Only watch casually? A die-hard fan? Whatever your relationship with the medium is, it’s all good! Each week is a different theme, so be sure to check the BAS Calendar (see General Channel) for insight on when you plan to stop by! Note: While we watch mostly Japanese anime, we’re open to and build in animation from other countries from Chinese, to Celtic, to American!
