Need a good stretch? Join certified yoga instructor, Kate Nicholson, in the outdoor tent for a beginner-moderate level yoga practice. We will include brief meditation, breath practice or pranyama and both active and passive postures. Please bring your own yoga mat (sorry- I have lent out all the Bowdoin mats for the semester. They are affordable for online purchase at Target.com, Walmart.com or Amazon.com if interested. Class limited in orange status to 15 mats spaced 6' feet apart. Please register in campus groups. *This event is for students living on-campus only. (virtual classes for off-campus students forthcoming) Registered students who change their mind, please cancel yourself from the event so those on waitlist can be bumped up!
If weather becomes inclement, I will post in campus groups that we are canceling or converting to Zoom.
