"Shame corrodes the very part of us that believes we are capable of change." - Brene Brown

Brene Brown is a researcher who studies shame and the power of vulnerability. Join us to watch her TED Talk called "Listening to Shame" and then discuss the implications of understanding how feelings of shame impact our abilities to live as our whole selves, connect with others, and enact change in the world. How does shame perpetuate racism, sexism, and more?
