Barre with Mae Corwin: A low-impact class combining exercises from Pilates, barre fitness and classical strength training to help strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your posture and increase your cardiovascular endurance. A low-impact class, accessible to even the most beginner students, even those working with injuries or movement impairments. Open to all levels.
