Thursdays and Fridays are mindfulness meditation drop-in sessions that do not have a guiding facilitator, but are held as a community invitation to land on the cushion, pause & breathe. You are welcome to use the f.ree Headspace app with earbuds or out loud if those present agree. Or just sit quietly with the silent support of each other to uphold an intention to practice.
