Do you simply enjoy dancing as a well-being activity? As in, not dance necessarily as a performance or choreography, but as a way of feeling alive, self-expressed, joyful?
Then, this might just be for you!

Student Wellness & the McKeen Center are sponsoring up to 10 students who would to participate in this workshop opportunity on WEDNESDAY, October 23 (1:00-4:00... although you can leave early if necessary) a 5 min. walk from campus at LEMONT HALL (2nd floor, corner of Pleasant & Maine Streets, elevator accessible).

Join inclusive dance teacher, Michaela Knox,, & Bates dance professor, Brian Evans, for artfully facilitated dance experience where all bodies speak.

Our bodies are sources of wisdom, insight & awareness that will always show us something revealing about ourselves if we give them an opportunity. What might your body want to show or share with you lately?

Open to students, staff, faculty- anyone in the community.
** All bodies are welcome & zero dance experience necessary!
