Join Bowdoin Student Wellness & Mindfulness Over Matter student group for a morning retreat to clear your mind, restore your body and explore all the transitions that are transpiring within and around you. Mindfulness offers us a supportive practice to breathe into change, not knowing and field of possibility. We will practice mindful movement, breathwork, journal reflections and restful integration to feel growth and transition from a stable center. No experience necessary.
