Yasmin Elhady is a comedian, attorney, and host of Hulu’s Muslim Matchmaker, where she connects hearts with humor and heart. Born in Egypt and raised in Alabama, Yasmin blends her professional world with her comedic voice to challenge stereotypes, amplify underrepresented voices, and foster empathy.

She’s toured internationally, performed at The Kennedy Center and on Netflix is a Joke Radio, has been featured on NBC’s True Story with Ed Helms and Randall Park, and was a “Yes, And… Laughter Lab” finalist.

A passionate advocate for refugees and women’s rights, her comedy explores the intersections of faith, culture, motherhood, and identity, offering a unique and powerful lens on today’s most pressing issues. Whether on stage, on screen, or in service, Yasmin uses laughter to inspire change, connect communities, and empower others to live boldly and authentically
