We're a meditation group that creates spaces for people to learn about and practice meditation through mindfulness, stress-relief, loving-kindness, conversation, movement, and more! We are a resource for you if you've never even HEARD about meditation or if you were literally BORN meditating or are somewhere in between. Through weekly meditations, informative speakers and fun, stress-relieving events, we hope to create a space for you to learn more about meditation and yourself!
