As part of the move away from in-room provided computers, this hands-on session will help transition using your own College-issued laptop or iPad to teach. Whether you're on a Mac, Windows laptop, or iPad, we’ll guide you through the basics of connecting to the classroom system, sharing your screen, and managing your presentation setup with ease.

Topics

  • How to connect your device using the provided USB-C cable
  • How to use the classroom control panel to display video and play audio in the room.
  • How to troubleshoot common issues (e.g., no sound, no screen, wrong screen)
  • Slide presentations, extended displays, and presenter notes
  • How to hide your desktop or browser history for teaching
  • Where to get help—fast—if something goes wrong

Led by

Academic Technology & Consulting (AT&C) and Classroom Technology Services (CTS)
