NameCoach is a tool that allows name pronunciations (know as a NameBadge) to be recorded online and subsequently added to Outlook email signatures. Faculty, staff and students can record their names and make them available in their email signatures via Outlook Online, Outlook for Mac or Outlook for Windows.

Learning Objectives:
Log in to your NameCoach account
Record your name pronunciation (your NameBadge recording)
Add your NameBadge to your Outlook email signature
