The Office of Student Fellowships and Research invites you to join us to discuss national fellowships. National fellowships are grants that give you the time, funding, and recognition to pursue your passion. These opportunities are available to students from all disciplines, all class years (including alums), as well as all citizenships, and can support a wide range of experiences (e.g., teaching in a foreign country, undertaking research, earning an advanced degree, and more).

Students who will be studying away next semester are particularly encouraged to attend since:
1. Many of these fellowships support international experiences for research, graduate study, teaching, and travel, and students who have already studied off-campus may be particularly interested in and well-suited for these opportunities.
2. Many of the fellowship applications are due surprisingly early. Some fellowships require a preliminary application in April of 2025, other applications are due in August of 2025, and many are due in early September of 2025. Before you head out on your off-campus study experience, we want to make sure you are aware of these opportunities, the resources we can offer, and the timeline!
