Details

Drop in to our Sunday evening meditation lab where we explore & experiment with different practices to promote centering, mindbody awareness, quieting, slowing down, stress release & renewal together. Open to all Bowdoin students & no experience necessary- just an open, curious mind! 30 minutes: 10 min. to connect/chat + 10-15 min. practice + 5-10 minute optional share & questions. Led by asst. wellness director, Kate Nicholson (knichols@bowdoin.edu) + occasional guest facilitators
