TUESDAYS 6:30-7:45 (April 11 - May 2).
KORU is a 4-week course designed specifically for busy college students and young adults. You will learn 2-3 mindfulness meditation practices each session while experimenting with a daily personal practice between sessions (imperfection welcome!). Mindfulness meditation is not designed with the end goal of 'being a good meditator'. Rather, the invitation is to equip ourselves with greater self-awareness and skill to be present with both the stress as well as the joys that life brings. Everything takes practice. Being in a student and living in the world are no exception. There is no perfect time ~ start now, wherever you are. It's only a beginning that might carry through into your summer and next semester.
