You are invited to take a deeper dive into your practice as we come together for a 1/2-day mindfulness retreat.

If you fell away from your practice, this retreat is for you- to reconnect and remember what Presence feels like.

If you are stressed & overwhelmed, this retreat is for you- to pause, take a breath and recalibrate from the inside out.

If you are hungry for more support and inspiration on your contemplative path, this retreat is for you- to deepen your practice and connection to heartful community.

There will be a mix of mini- practices that you learned in Koru 1.0 interspersed with dharma talks, group connection as well as a few new practices to explore.

*this retreat is for any student who has completed Koru 1.0
