koru Mindfulness Meditation is a 4-week, evidence-based program designed out of Duke University specifically for college-aged adults. Randomized, controlled trial data showed results:

> students reported feeling more calm
> students improved their mindfulness & self-awareness
> student felt more rested
> students exhibited greater self-compassion

In four weeks, we'll learn practical skills to help evolve feels from stress to success, self-criticism to self-compassion.
Sessions are designed for small group learning, with guidance of a teacher and an interactive app for practice and support.
