Chris Potholm is professor emeritus of political science at Bowdoin College and a leading expert on Maine politics. His books include This Splendid Game: Maine Campaigns and Elections, 1940-2002, Maine: An Annotated Bibliography, Tall Tales from the Tall Pines, and Bill Cohen’s 1972 Campaign for Congress. He resides in Harpswell, Maine. Today, he will talk to us about his recent book, How Maine Decides: An Insider’s Guide to How Ballot Measures Are Won and Lost.
