About Us

Arabesque is Bowdoin's only student-run, classical ballet group. Our mission is to provide experienced dancers with the opportunity to continue refining the techniques needed to learn and perform original choreography and to allow inexperienced dancers a place to learn and experience dance. We rehearse and hold open classes weekly, perform twice throughout the school year, and occasionally host bonding activities that allow members to collectively celebrate this art form.
