Join the Film Society and the American Sign Language Club for a screening of the film Coda to celebrate Disabled Person's Day. The film is a 2021 coming-of-age comedy-drama film that follows a hearing teenage girl who is a child of deaf adults (CODA for short). It is the first-ever feature movie accessible-to-all with ‘open’ subtitles — that is, burned into the video with no need for special equipment to see them.
