Philip Gregory
Philip Gregory is Of Counsel to Our Children’s Trust, the organization representing youth plaintiffs in climate change litigation. Since 2010, Phil has focused his advocacy on youth climate action. Phil serves as co-lead counsel in Juliana v. United States, Genesis v. U.S. EPA, and Lighthiser v. Trump. Phil also served as co-lead counsel in Held v. Montana and Navahine F. v. Hawaii. Phil has co-authored amicus briefs at the U.S. Supreme Court on climate issues, as well as the equal rights of children. Phil has received numerous honors, including the Montana Trial Lawyers Association Public Service Award (2024) and the Owens Lawyer of the Year Award (2018).
