The Gender, Sexuality, and Womens Studies (GSWS) Workshop brings together faculty and students from Bowdoin College and beyond to foster intellectual community and interdisciplinary collaboration in gender and sexuality studies. The workshop is structured as a seminar-style meeting in which an author presents a work in progress. Before each meeting, registrants receive the author’s paper. The author and a discussant open the discussion with short presentations. Then, attendees continue to discuss the paper with the author. Snacks will be provided.
