Please join us for a discussion with artist Abigail DeVille, whose work is featured now through November 10th, 2024 at the BCMA in Abigail DeVille: In the Fullness of Time, and artist Daniel Minter. Daniel Minter’s A Distant Holla From the Mouth of New Meadows River (2020), part of the BCMA’s Permanent Collection, is also on view in Currents: Art Since 1875.  

Abigail DeVille lives and works in New York City. Daniel Minter lives and works in mid-coast Maine and is the co-founder of Indigo Arts Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to cultivating the artistic development of people of African descent. The work of both artists is widely represented in leading institutional collections. 

Free and open to the public. No registration is required. Presented by the Bowdoin College Museum of Art.
