Friday yoga- the prefect way to end your week. Release the stress, the busy, the hurry. Instead, take pause, press reset and have some fun with a light-hearted practice perfect for all levels, all bodies. We will stretch, breathe, move and groove... bring your own mat if you have one please. Masks will be worn but we'll make it worth it.
