We all know that yoga can stretch, strengthen and de-stress the body but what's less appreciated is how a regular yoga practice affects the mind in much the same way. This class is a moderate level practice incorporating meditation, breathwork and physical movement to help you respond to transitions, challenges and new experiences.
"You can't always control what goes on outside, but you can always control what goes on inside".–Wayne Dyer

Bring your yoga mat if possible. This class is indoors for remainder of semester (2nd floor of BUCK, Rm. 213- take elevator or stairs) Masks will be worn - but come try it anyway, you may be surprised!
