Self-Care and Community-Care in the Age of BLM and Anti-Racism: As our nation and the world are grappling with the traumatic effects of systemic racism and police brutality that persist to this day, we at Counseling Service would like to help foster a space of safety, awareness, community, and healing. This is an opportunity to share our personal, social, political, and/or spiritual experiences together, supported by the teachings and practice of mindfulness meditation and compassion/loving-kindness. Our plan is to offer this as a regular, ongoing virtual (and perhaps in-person) space during the academic year - currently we are meeting every Tuesday, 4-5pm EST. No previous experience is necessary, all those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color are warmly welcome to join. Hosted by Shelley Roseboro and Roland Mendiola of Counseling and Wellness.

**Our apologies if you were not able to access our last couple meetings - we were having some technical difficulties with the link we set up. We were also figuring out the best time to meet. It looks like we're all set with the Zoom link and again, will now be meeting on Tuesdays 4-5pm EST. Please email us with any questions, thank you for your patience!!**
